It's been almost two years since Ray and his team completely stripped down and renovated our bathroom, put in a new boiler and all new radiators. They have all stood the test of time. My partner and I have both been very pleased with the quality of work from Ray and his teams of qualified, professional, and genuinely nice plumbers and tilers whom I still remember fondly. Being my first home and bathroom renovation, I was fairly anxious about the process. It wasn't a typical off-the-shelf bathroom. It's on the second floor, and I wanted it turned into a wet room with very large format tiles, with fittings I had sourced myself from various sources to fit my design intent. As with every project, there were hiccups along the way, but Ray and his teams steered the project well, making design suggestions along the way to best deliver on the initial vision. I'm genuinely proud of how it turned out and get compliments on it from anyone who is over. I definitely recommend them and would use their services again.
